123 Simples linux mailboxes support POP3, IMAP, Roaming SMTP, and WebMail services. On this page you will find out how to setup your POP 3/IMAP email client, such as Outlook to send and receive emails from your 123 Simples Mailboxes. To pick up and send email using the 123 Simples mail servers you need to enter the following details into your email client.

| POP 3 Port | 995 - Encrypted TLS/SSL connection |
| Alternative POP 3 Port | 110 - Encrypted TLS (STARTTLS) connection |
| Username | Your complete email address, such as account@yourdomainname.co.uk |
| Password | The password for the email address concerned |
IMAP Incoming Mail Server Settings |
